The Tuolumne County Agricultural Commissioner will be offering a three hour continuing education workshop on October 31, 2014 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.  The workshop is for pesticide licensees and certificate holders as well as interested members of the public.  The topics and presenters include: Wildlife Control without Pesticides, Ron Anderson, USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services; Second Generation Anti-Coagulant Rodenticide Regulations, Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) staff; and Definition and Classification of Adjuvants, Scott Johnson, Wilbur Ellis Company.  This workshop has been approved by DPR for three hours of Continuing Education credit: one hour of Laws and Regulations and two hours of Other.

 The workshop will be held at the Tuolumne County Emergency Operations Center (TCEOC), 18440 Striker Court, Sonora.  The TCEOC is located at the CalFire-Tuolumne County Ambulance complex off of Tuolumne Road, two miles east of Mono Way, between Wards Ferry and Standard Roads.  Thehttps://farmsoftuolumnecounty.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=farms doors will open at 8:30 am.  We urge those who are attending the workshop for CE credit to arrive early enough to fill out the required forms.
