Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF) and CalaverasGROWN invite you to a free training on food safety and good agricultural practices (or GAPs). The goal of this workshop is to provide produce growers with a solid understanding of GAPs as well as provide tools and resources to help reduce food safety risks on their farm. Maximum capacity 35 people; please RSVP.
