Farms of Tuolumne County will hold its Annual Dinner Meeting on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Ponsanorosa Vineyard. Chef Dave Ingram will cater once again so you can be sure it will be delicious! Note: For insurance reasons FOTC cannot serve alcohol, however you are free to BYOB.
The FOTC Annual Dinner is always a fun event and a wonderful opportunity for the Agricultural community to get together, meet new members and say hello to old friends. If you are interested in learning more about FOTC or are a new farm or ranch in the county, this dinner is for you. For current FOTC producers, sponsors, restaurants, this is a chance to show your support for your Farms of Tuolumne County and for Ag in general as well as to vote for new members to the FOTC Board of Directors.
This year we will be treated to a presentation by the FFA (Future Farmers of America) Ambassadors on their recent trip to Australia to promote agriculture among the youth of that country. FOTC helped to partially fund the trip through a grant. Terri Arington through the Ron Arington Memorial Fund also helped fund the endeavor.
In addition Robin Walters will speak to us about the Feeding Our Kids and Dream Center projects.
Sierra Mountain Band’s Dick Todd will be performing with his banjo and comedic abilities! In addition there will be the usual great raffle and door prizes. Owners of Ponsanorosa Vineyard Suzanne Cruz and Dick Todd have created a beautiful venue and we know you will enjoy it.
Price for the evening is $15 per person. Children 6-10 years of age $8.00. Under age 6 get in free.
